• Intent classification: Using the NLX Boost setting, you can improve customer intent detection accuracy and routing to the proper flow by up to 90% over a traditional NLP alone

• Generate training phrases: Reduce time in crafting training data for your chosen NLP

• Generate tests for training phrases: Quickly generate test phrases tied to your flows for ensuring accuracy, resilience, and zero conflicts with other flows invoked by your conversational AI application

• Generative Journey: In slot-capture mode, multiple variables (slots) are extracted from a user using a single node in a flow. In agentic mode, extracts variables necessary to complete external tasks using API tools (both custom or managed) assigned. Used with the NLX built-in LLM (requires no LLM integration)
