Quickly set up the Bandwidth communication integration into your NLX workspace

Integrate Bandwidth

To integrate the Bandwidth channel, begin by selecting Integrations from your workspace menu:

• Choose + Add integration > Select Bandwidth from the dropdown

• Provide a name for your Bandwidth integration (ex. DevBandwidth)

• Using information made available through your Bandwidth dashboard, enter the following into NLX:

  • Account ID

  • User name

  • Password

• Click Create integration

At any time, you may edit or delete your Bandwidth integration by expanding the integration name and selecting the edit or delete icons.

Set up application using Bandwidth channel

To successfully use your Bandwidth integration with applications created in your workspace, be sure to complete the following:

• create the SMS via Bandwidth channel on your application's Channels tab. Be sure to select your workspace integration from the dropdown and enter the phone number
• create an application build & deploy

You may locate your Bandwidth SMS callback URL when expanding the Deployed details popup of your application's successful deployment.
