Integrate Google Dialogflow CX

To integrate with the Dialogflow CX NLP engine, begin by selecting Integrations from your workspace menu:

  • Click + Add integration > Choose Dialogflow CX from the Type dropdown

  • Provide your integration a name

  • From your Google Cloud (GCP) Console, obtain your private key JSON file from your Google service account. Instructions here:

  • From the GCP Console API Library, select Dialogflow API > Click Enable

  • In your GCP Console, assign the following three roles under the IAM page > Click Save

    • Dialogflow API Admin

    • Dialogflow API Client

    • Dialogflow Conversation Manager

  • Once you have obtained your private key JSON file, upload it to the Instructions section in NLX > Select Create integration

At any time, you may edit or delete your Google Dialogflow CX integration by expanding the integration name and selecting the edit or delete icons.
