Access control

Conveniently manage member access to workspaces & their resources in NLX

Introduction

Within a single NLX account, individual or multiple workspaces may be created to develop and manage conversational AI applications. Members are assigned per workspace, and, depending on their level of permissions, they're granted access to the resources within that workspace that support integrating, designing, testing, deploying, and analyzing your applications.

Log in

In order to access an NLX account or workspace, you must be added by an Account administrator before using the following links:

  • for accessing the NLX account dashboard. Useful if either an Account administrator or if assigned to multiple workspaces within the same account

  • for directly logging into an NLX workspace. If assigned to multiple in the same NLX account, your last workspace will be remembered

When logged into a workspace, Account administrators may quickly access the NLX account dashboard by clicking the workspace selector at the top of the navigation menu and choosing the Workspaces link.


Access different workspaces or account dashboard

To access different workspaces in the same NLX account:

  • To swap workspaces, click the workspace selector at the top of the NLX navigation menu, and choose from the available workspaces. If you do not see a workspace that exists in your account, contact your Account administrator for access

To access Admin Hub:

  • For , click the workspace selector at the top of the navigation menu, and choose the Workspaces link


Add user

Only Account administrators are able to add or modify a user within an NLX account:

  • Click New user

  • Enter user's first name, last name, and email

  • Click Create


Edit role & access

Only Account administrators are able to add or modify any user's role and workspace access within an NLX account:

  • Use the search bar to locate the user > Select from the list

  • Select Role tab of user > Add workspace and assign a role

  • Repeat if access to other workspaces is needed

  • Click Save

To make a user an Account administrator, select the Settings tab of the User and enable the Account admin toggle.


Delete user

Only Account administrators are able to delete a user, which removes them from all assigned workspaces and the NLX account.

  • Use the search bar to locate the user > Select from the list

  • Select Settings tab of user > Click Delete user

From your , select Users from the navigation menu

To make a user an , enable the Account admin toggle when entering their details.

From your , select Users from the navigation menu

to better tailor access to resources in a workspace. This feature is currently available to enterprise tiers only.
