Managed Data requests

Effortlessly set up a managed API service in your NLX workspace

Managed Data requests are hosted, maintained, and operated by a provider that allow you to extend powerful functionality to your conversational AI application without the need to build or maintain the underlying infrastructure.

To integrate with any managed API, begin by selecting Resources from your workspace menu and choose Integrations:

• Click + Add integration > Choose from the Type dropdown under Managed

• Enter required information (e.g., API keys, IDs, or base URLs) collected from your service provider console. Links provided below

• Click Create integration when done

Using a managed API

To successfully use your managed API integration with conversations created in your workspace, be sure to complete the following:

• create a flow

• add a Generative Journey node in Agentic mode and attach your managed integration as a Tool, or use a Data request node in Built-in mode with your integration assigned and payload fields completed

• create a build & deploy
