Quickly set up the Alexa communication integration into your NLX workspace

This feature is currently available to enterprise tiers only.

Integrate Alexa

To integrate the Alexa channel, begin by selecting Resources from your workspace menu and choosing Integrations:

• Choose + Add integration > Select Alexa from the dropdown

• Provide a name for your Alexa integration

• Click Link Account > Follow steps

• Return to your NLX workspace when account linking is complete

• Click Create integration

At any time, you may edit or delete your Alexa integration by expanding the integration name and selecting the edit or delete icons.

Set up application using Alexa channel

To successfully use your Alexa integration with applications created in your workspace, be sure to complete the following:

• create the Alexa channel on your application's Channels tab. Be sure to select your workspace integration from the dropdown and enter the Skill invocation name

• create an application build & deploy
