Zendesk Sunshine
Learn to set up a Zendesk Sunshine communication channel for your application in your NLX workspace
The Zendesk Sunshine channel requires a one-time integration in your workspace before a channel can be created.
This feature is currently available to enterprise tiers only.
Create Zendesk Sunshine channel
Select Configuration tab of your application
Choose + Add channel under Delivery section > Choose Zendesk Sunshine
Choose your Zendesk Sunshine workspace integration from the Integration dropdown
Enter the Integration ID
Click Create channel
Click Save
