Twilio SMS

Learn to set up a Twilio SMS communication channel for your application in your NLX workspace

The Twilio SMS channel requires a one-time integration in your workspace before a channel can be created.

Create a Twilio SMS channel

• Select Configuration tab of your application

• Choose + Add channel under Delivery section > Choose Twilio SMS

• Choose your Twilio workspace integration from the Integration dropdown

• Phone number is unique to the Twilio SMS channel. NLX auto-creates a Twilio phone number and assigns it to your application (currently, only US numbers are supported)

• Click Create channel

• Click Save
