AWS End User Messaging Social

Learn to set up an AWS End User Messaging Social communication channel for your application in your NLX workspace

Create AWS End User Messaging Social channel

  • Select Configuration tab of your application

  • Choose + Add channel under Delivery section > Choose AWS End User Messaging Social

  • Choose your AWS End User Messaging Social workspace integration from the Integration dropdown

  • Provide your Business account ID from AWS (e.g., waba-xxxxxxxxxxxxx)

  • Enter a number for each supported language for your application in the Settings by language field

  • Click Create channel

  • Click Save

Phone numbers must be entered without spaces or dashes and preceded by a + and the country code (e.g., +15551234567)
