AWS End User Messaging SMS

Learn to set up an AWS End User Messaging SMS communication channel for your application in your NLX workspace

The AWS End User Messaging SMS channel requires a one-time integration in your workspace before a channel can be created.

Create AWS End User Messaging SMS channel

  • Select Configuration tab of your application

  • Choose + Add channel under Delivery section > Choose AWS End User Messaging SMS

  • Choose your AWS End User Messaging SMS workspace integration from the Integration dropdown

  • Enter a number for each supported language for your application in the SMS settings by language field

  • Click Create channel

  • Click Save

Phone numbers must be entered without spaces or dashes and preceded by a + and the country code (e.g., +15551234567)
