Quickly set up the Zendesk Sunshine integration into your NLX workspace

Integrate Zendesk Sunshine

To integrate the Zendesk Sunshine channel, begin by selecting Resources from your workspace menu and choosing Integrations:

  • Choose + Add integration > Select Zendesk Sunshine from the dropdown

  • Provide a name for your Zendesk integration

  • Navigate to your Zendesk Admin Center

  • Enter the following in NLX:

    • API Domain

    • Conversations API App ID

    • Conversations API Key ID

    • Conversations API Secret key

  • Click Create integration

At any time, you may edit or delete your Zendesk Sunshine integration by expanding the integration name and selecting the edit or delete icons.
