Zendesk Sunshine

Learn to set up a Zendesk Sunshine communication channel for your application in your NLX workspace

The Zendesk Sunshine channel requires a one-time integration in your workspace before a channel can be created.

This feature is currently available to enterprise tiers only.

Create Zendesk Sunshine channel

  • Select Configuration tab of your application

  • Choose + Add channel under Delivery section > Choose Zendesk Sunshine

  • Choose your Zendesk Sunshine workspace integration from the Integration dropdown

  • Enter the Integration ID

  • Click Create channel

  • Click Save
