## How to contact us

We want you to feel supported as an NLX user. If you experience production issues or have a feature request, please reach us through one of the available methods.

Once your ticket is received and reviewed by our Support Team, a ticket number, type, category, and priority will be assigned. You'll also receive an email confirmation with the ticket number. To add comments to a ticket, simply reply to your confirmation email.

## Submit a ticket from your account

Easily generate a support ticket from your NLX workspace.

* Select *Support* from your workspace navigation menu > Click *Contact support*
* Complete all fields under the *Contact us* section
* Provide a description of the issue, inquiry, or feature request

## Send an email

Write to <support@nlx.ai>

Include the following in your message:

* Subject specific to the issue
* Description of issue, inquiry, or feature request&#x20;
* Steps to reproduce the issue (if applicable), including screenshots
* Device type (mobile or desktop) and browser type
