For Conversation API

You need:

1. Deployment Key: Found in your application's deployment details

2. Channel Key: The specific channel identifier (may include language suffix like -en-US)

3. API Key: Provided in your channel setup instructions

For Voice+ Script API

You need:

1. Voice+ API Key: Generated for your Voice+ journey/script

2. Workspace ID: Your NLX workspace identifier

3. Script ID: UUID of your Voice+ journey/script

4. Conversation ID: Passed from the active voice bot
