Resource tags

Define custom tags in your workspace to better organize resources in your NLX workspace

What are Resource tags?

Tagging in the workspace allows you to easily associate a keyword or term to any resource created for better searching and identification. You might differentiate resources using tags such as production versus development, or staff versus customer.

Resource tags list all custom tags that are in use in your workspace and displays where they are applied when expanding each.

To access, click your username in the workspace menu > Select Workspace settings > Click Resource tags tab:

Color coding

For better visual distinction or identification, you can color tags. Expand a tag from the list. Tap the color sphere and select a color from the list. Click Save.

Tag usage

To view what resources have a specific tag assigned, simply expand a tag. All resources where the tag is assigned are listed.

You may also use the global workspace Search to locate resources by a tag's keyword.

Tags that are removed and no longer assigned to any resource will disappear from the Resource tags list in your workspace Settings.
