# Zendesk Sunshine

### Prerequisites

Assigning this channel to an application requires a one-time integration of Zendesk Sunshine in your NLX workspace.

### Add channel to app

1. Select *Configuration* tab of your application&#x20;
2. Choose *+ Add channel* under *Delivery* section > Choose *Zendesk Sunshine*
3. Choose your Zendesk Sunshine workspace integration from the *Integration* dropdown
4. Enter the *Integration ID*
5. Click *Create channel*
6. Click *Save*
